CENTRAL SOUTH PLAINS. ON TOP OF A COUPLE HUNDREDTHS TO A TENTH OF
AN INCH OF RAIN FROM ONGOING SHOWERS...ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL BE POSSIBLE. LARGE HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
AS STORMS DEVELOP.
