THE EXTREME SOUTHERN PANHANDLE. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING UP TO 1/2 INCH OF RAIN...SMALL HAIL AND SOME
BRIEFLY GUSTY WINDS. THESE STRONGEST STORMS WILL MOST LIKELY OCCUR
NEAR AN AREA FROM RALLS AND PETERSBURG TO FLOYDADA...SILVERTON AND
QUITAQUE.
