ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THROUGH THE EARLY
AFTERNOON. BY MID AFTERNOON, THERE WILL BE MORE WIDESPREAD SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTH FLORIDA. HEAVY RAIN AND
GUSTY WIND ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE INITIAL STORMS. STORMS LATER IN
THE AFTERNOON MAY HAVE STRONG GUSTY WIND, SMALL HAIL, AND HEAVY
RAIN, WHICH MAY CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON STREETS AND POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS IN THE URBAN AREAS.
