...SHOWERS AND OFFSHORE STORMS PULLING NORTHEAST AWAY FROM FLORIDA...

AT 130 AM...MELBOURNE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A BAND OF HEAVY RAIN
SHOWERS AND STORMS OVER THE ATLANTIC EXTENDING FROM NEAR THE COAST
AT VERO BEACH TO 60 MILES OFFSHORE COCOA BEACH. OTHER SCATTERED
SHOWERS HAD DEVELOPED JUST EAST OF THE I-4 CORRIDOR IN VOLUSIA AND
EASTERN SEMINOLE AND ORANGE COUNTIES. ALL OF THE ACTIVITY WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 20 TO 25 MPH. THROUGH 430 AM...THIS ACTIVITY WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE AWAY FROM EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA...BUT STILL PRODUCE
BRIEF DOWNPOURS FROM LAKE NONA...MIDWAY...AND DAYTONA BEACH EASTWARD
ACROSS NORTHERN BREVARD COUNTY. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR
ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THIS AREA.
