Sunny skies...with cool...and dry conditions will keep afternoon
highs in the lower to mid 60s. Northwest winds up to 10 mph this
morning...will become west-northwest into the afternoon around 5 to
10 mph.

A moderate northwest breeze will continue over the Atlantic waters
this morning...producing poor to hazardous boating conditions. Small
Craft should exercise caution especially in the offshore water.
