MT THROUGH 7 AM THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS
THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES. THE FOG SHOULD DIMINISH BY MID
MORNING...AS WESTERLY WINDS DEVELOP. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO DRIVE
WITH CAUTION...AND REDUCE THEIR DRIVING SPEEDS IN AREAS OF DENSE
FOG UNTIL THE FOG DISSIPATES.
