...LAKE WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WIND...Southwest 20 to 30 knots through this afternoon...then
  southwest to west 20 to 30 knots tonight.

* IMPACTS...Strong wind and rough chop will create hazardous
  conditions on area lakes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
