...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT FRIDAY...

* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph,
  strongest over the ridges and through and below passes and
  canyons.

* TIMING...Winds will remain gusty tonight into early Friday
  morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high
  profile vehicles. Blowing dust may reduce visibility. Strong
  winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that wind gusts of 45 mph or greater are
expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
