* TIMING...STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL AFFECT THE AREA FROM MID
  MORNING INTO THE EVENING HOURS.

* WINDS...WILL BE SUSTAINED AT 25 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH
  POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING WILL BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES ON EAST-WEST
  ORIENTED ROADS SUCH AS HIGHWAY 160...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE
  VEHICLES.
