THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PENDLETON HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON PST MONDAY.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* TIMING...THE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS AND THEN
  BEGIN TO DISSIPATE MIDDAY.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS CAUSED BY THE FOG WILL CREATE
  THE NEED TO SLOW DOWN AND DRIVE WITH PLENTY OF DISTANCE BETWEEN
  CARS. SLICK CONDITIONS CAN ALSO DEVELOP DUE TO THE FREEZING FOG.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...
