* Timing...Through 10 AM Tuesday morning.

* Temperatures...Dropping into the upper 20s and lower 30s.

* Impacts...Freezing temperatures could kill vegetation if left
  unprotected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
