.Synopsis... A surface low far NE of the offshore waters is weakening
and moving to the NE away from the area. A strong high pressure
system will build far NW of the area, resulting in breezy trade winds
over the second half of the week.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON...

.TODAY AND TONIGHT...North winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind waves 3 to
4 feet. North swell 11 feet, becoming 9 feet tonight. Isolated
showers.
.TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind
waves 3 to 4 feet. North swell 8 feet. Scattered showers.
.WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots.
Wind waves 3 to 7 feet. North swell 9 feet, becoming 13 feet
Wednesday night. Scattered showers.
