NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HONOLULU HI
1201 PM HST FRI DEC 2 2016

...PLEASE REFER TO COASTAL WATERS FORECASTS AVAILABLE THROUGH NOAA
WEATHER RADIO AND OTHER MEANS FOR DETAILED COASTAL FORECASTS...

.SYNOPSIS... A DEVELOPING SURFACE TROUGH WEST OF THE ISLANDS WILL
CAUSE THE GUSTY TRADES SHIFT TO SOUTHEASTERLIES AND GRADUALLY WEAKEN.
EASTERN OFFSHORE WATERS WILL BE THE LAST TO SEE WEAKER WINDS...AS THE
TROUGH SHIFTS SLOWLY EASTWARD OVER THE ISLANDS THIS WEEKEND. A SERIES
OF UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES WILL RESULT IN AREAS OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND
EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS. CAUTION IS ADVISED DUE TO STRONG...
GUSTY...ERRATIC WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY THUNDERSTORMS.
