New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pres ridge across the
waters will drift E of the region tonight. A strong cold front
will approach from the W tonight into Tue night, then drift E
across the waters late Tue night through Thu as low pres moves NE
along the front. Another ridge will build NE across the waters Thu
and Thu night, then drift NE of the region Fri through Sat night.
