.DISCUSSION...WARMER AND DRIER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED MUCH OF
THIS WEEK. TODAY...THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP TO THE TEENS
IN WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. HOWEVER...WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN
LIGHT ENOUGH TO LIMIT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS. EASTERLY
WINDS SHOULD RESULT IN SLIGHTLY HIGHER RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR
MONDAY.

BURNING CONDITIONS EXIST. FIRES WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY AND
SHOW ERRATIC BEHAVIOR. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
