COUNTIES...

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has cancelled the Fire
Weather Watch.

Recent rainfall has moistened the soil sufficiently to preclude
the need to upgrade to a Red Flag Warning. Thus, the Fire
Weather Watch has been cancelled.

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 8 PM EDT THIS
EVENING FOR LONG DURATION OF LOW RH FOR ORANGE AND SEMIMOLE
COUNTIES...

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM EDT this
evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* AFFECTED AREA... Orange... Seminole.

* WIND...WEST TO NORTHWEST WIND 5 TO 10 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...MIN HUMIDITY BETWEEN 25 AND 30 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
