...Past, Present, and Future rainfall on the Lower Sacramento River will bring new rises ...

.Recent rain and runoff will continue to work its way downstream
through the lower Sacramento River system leading to renewed
rises and fast rivers.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

Sacramento River At
 Fremont Weir 01/19 19:15 stage 34.0 ft
 present overflow depth is about 2.0 ft then overflow depth at weir
 increasing to 2.5 ft near saturday noon then overflow to remain near
 depth of 2.5 ft thru saturday evening.

 Monitor stage 32.0 ft, Flood stage 39.5 ft

Impact for Fremont Weir...Near 33.1 feet, At one foot of overflow,
the river road to Woodland is closed due to flooding.
Impact for Fremont Weir...Near 32.0 feet, Fremont Weir crest
elevation. Overflow begins into the Yolo Bypass flooding agricultural
lands.

 Impact for I Street Bridge...Near 21.4 feet, Discovery Park is closed
 to the public.

 Lakeport 01/19 19:15 stage 7.3 ft
 forecast to rise above monitor stage of 8.0 ft saturday afternoon
 with continued rise expected.

 Monitor stage 8.0 ft, Flood stage 9.0 ft

Impact for Lakeport...Near 8.5 feet, Minor flooding of some lake side
residents occurs. More buildings are threatened from Lakeport to
Clearlake Oaks.

 Lisbon 01/19 19:15 stage 18.1 ft
 forecast to fluctuate near 18.5 ft thru saturday evening.

 Monitor stage 13.0 ft, Flood stage 19.0 ft

Impact for Lisbon...Near 19.0 feet, Mound Farms and Senator Outing
Duck Club are flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 16.0 feet, Glide In Ranch is completely
flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 15.0 feet, County Road 155 is flooded west
of the Golden Sprig Duck Club.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 14.0 feet, Skyrakers Duck Club ponds begin
to flood.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 13.0 feet, Flood waters extend approximately
1 mile west of the tow drain downstream of the Lisbon gage.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 12.0 feet, County Road 107 is flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 11.0 feet, Glide In Ranch & Mound Farms
begin to flood.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 10.5 feet, Local roads on the east side of
the Yolo Bypass south of the I-80 causeway are flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 9.5 feet, Yolo Bypass flooding extends 1/4
mile west. No structural damage is occurring.
