IT WILL BE CLEAR OVER MOST OF THE AREA THROUGH DAYBREAK. LOW CLOUDS
AND SOME FOG WILL BE MOVING WEST...THROUGH MINNESOTA AND INTO THE
RED RIVER VALLEY. EXPECT DAYBREAK TEMPERATURES IN THE 40S ACROSS THE
SOUTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES TO THE 50S IN THE BLACK HILLS OF SOUTH
DAKOTA.

IT WILL BE WARM TODAY...FOR MOST AREAS. HIGHS ARE FORECAST ONLY IN
THE 60S FROM MANITOBA INTO NORTHERN MINNESOTA...BUT THE 80S FROM
EASTERN MONTANA INTO THE WESTERN DAKOTAS...WITH MID 90S POSSIBLE
ALONG THE NEBRASKA BORDER WITH SOUTH DAKOTA. BY AFTERNOON...ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE WESTERN HALF.
