LOW PRESSURE MOVED ACROSS DOWNSTATE ILLINOIS AND BROUGHT PERIODS
OF MAINLY LIGHT SNOW DURING THE AFTERNOON TO AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH
OF INTERSTATE 88...WITH VERY MINOR ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS.
TEMPERATURES SLOWLY FELL TO THE LOW 20S TO AROUND 30 BY THE EARLY
EVENING. LOWS BY EARLY MONDAY WILL BE IN THE MID TEENS TO LOWER
20S UNDER WEAK HIGH PRESSURE.

ANOTHER FAST MOVING CLIPPER TYPE SYSTEM WILL BRING ANOTHER CHANCE
FOR LIGHT SNOW LATE MONDAY MORNING INTO MONDAY EVENING...WITH
MINOR ACCUMULATIONS UNDER ONE INCH MAINLY NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80.
HIGH TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY WILL BE IN THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER
30S...MODERATING A BIT TO THE LOWER TO MID 30S ON TUESDAY AS
QUIET WEATHER RETURNS WITH HIGH PRESSURE MOVING THROUGH THE GREAT
LAKES REGION. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL RESULT IN MILD TEMPERATURES IN
THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER 40S ON WEDNESDAY. THE NEXT LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM APPROACHING WILL BRING A CHANCE FOR RAIN OR SNOW WEDNESDAY
NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.
