CENTERED SOUTHEAST OF GUAM AT 11N148E. CONVERGING SURFACE WINDS NEAR
A SURFACE RIDGE ARE COUPLING WITH DIVERGENT WINDS ALOFT TO TRIGGER
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PALAU WITHIN 250
MILES OF A LINE FROM 9N131E TO EQ142E. A WEAK TROPICAL DISTURBANCE IS
CENTERED SOUTH OF GUAM AT 10N146E. THE UPPER-LEVEL FEATURES ARE
ENHANCING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS NEAR THE
DISTURBANCE FROM YAP EASTWARD TO NORTH OF CHUUK BETWEEN 8N AND 12N
FROM 137E TO 152E.

A TRADE-WIND DISTURBANCE IS GENERATING PATCHY SHOWERS OVER THE
SOUTHWESTERN MARSHALL ISLANDS BETWEEN 2N AND 7N FROM 165E TO 171E.

CONVERGING TRADE WINDS ARE CAUSING SCATTERED SHOWERS NEAR THE DATE
LINE WITHIN 90 MILES OF 8N179E.

A SURFACE TROUGH RUNS NORTHEASTWARD FROM 18N136E TO END NEAR IWO TO
ISLAND AT 25N140E. PATCHY SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN
WITHIN 140 MILES OF A LINE FROM 17N132E TO 23N138E.
