THIS SYSTEM...NORTH OF KOROR AND YAP BETWEEN 12N AND 17N FROM 130E
TO 138E.

A SURFACE TROUGH MEANDERS SOUTHEASTWARD FROM WEST OF WAKE ISLAND AT
20N160E THROUGH A WEAK CIRCULATION CENTERED NORTHWEST OF KWAJALEIN
NEAR 12N163E TO END SOUTHEAST OF MAJURO AT 5N176E. CONVERGING LOW-
LEVEL WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS SOUTH OF THESE FEATURES ARE COUPLING
WITH DIVERGENT WINDS ALOFT TO TRIGGER SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS OVER CHUUK...POHNPEI AND KOSRAE WITHIN 200 MILES OF A
LINE FROM 4N149E TO 6N161E TO 9N164E. SIMILAR WEATHER IS ALSO SEEN
SOUTHEAST OF MAJURO BETWEEN 5N AND 8N FROM 172E TO 174E.

AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH RUNS SOUTHEASTWARD FROM AN UPPER LOW CENTERED
SOUTHEAST OF WAKE ISLAND AT 18N172E TO END AT EQ179E. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FLARING UP WITHIN 95 MILES OF
14N178E.
