YORK THRUWAY CORRIDOR THROUGH 130 AM EST...

* At 1202 AM EST...a dangerous snow squall was in extreme northern
Onondaga County and Northern to Central Oneida County, shifting
southeast. It will move across the New York Thruway corridor
including the greater Syracuse and Utica metro areas.

* A quick couple inches of snow are likely within this band, and
visibility will drop to less than a quarter of a mile in this snow
  squall.

Locations impacted include...
Onondaga, Syracuse, Utica, Clay, Rome, Cicero, De Witt, Lysander,
Sullivan and Van Buren.

Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this dangerous

squall passes your location.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
