AND NORTH CENTRAL OSWEGO COUNTIES...

AT 815 PM EST...A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW PRODUCING SNOW FALL RATES
OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WAS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR
FOWLER TO 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF OSWEGO. VISIBILITIES WITHIN THIS
BAND WILL BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES AND
SNOWFALL RATES WILL RESULT IN SNOW COVERED ROADS AND HAZARDOUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE EXTREME
CAUTION AS CONDITIONS MAY DETERIORATE RAPIDLY WITH LITTLE WARNING.
