SOUTHEASTERN PORTAGE COUNTIES...

AT 358 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR LORDSTOWN...OR NEAR
WARREN...MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. THIS STORM HAS BEEN TRAINING OVER
PARTS OF TRUMBULL COUNTY FOR THE LAST HALF HOUR AND HAS DROPPED UP
TO A HALF INCH OF RAIN.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY
CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS.

SOME LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 15
MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE SHELTER INSIDE A
BUILDING OR VEHICLE.

HAIL UP TO HALF AN INCH IS ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
