UNTIL 1230 AM CDT...

AT 1124 PM CDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER
ATKINSON...OR 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF CAMBRIDGE...MOVING EAST AT 20
MPH. THIS SMALL AREA OF STORMS HAS CONTINUED TO FORM OVER THE SAME
AREAS FOR THE PAST HOUR...AND MAY CONTINUE THROUGH MIDNIGHT. MINOR
FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN POORLY DRAINED AREAS AND NEAR SMALL STREAMS
AS 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN WITH THESE STORMS.

GENESEO...ATKINSON...ANNAWAN...HOOPPOLE AND MORRISTOWN.
