...SNOW SPREADING NORTHEAST...

DOPPLER RADAR AND SURFACE OBSERVATIONS WERE INDICATING AN
INCREASING AREA OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW ACROSS PORTIONS OF
EASTERN IOWA...AND WAS QUICKLY SPREADING NORTHEAST. THE SNOW WILL
CONTINUE TO SPREAD INTO PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND NORTHWEST
ILLINOIS THROUGH MID MORNING.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ROADWAYS TO BECOME QUICKLY SNOW
COVERED AND HAZARDOUS WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE TEENS.

VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN A MILE IN THE HEAVIER
SNOWFALL SO SLOW DOWN AND USE EXTRA CAUTION. SOUTHEAST WINDS
GUSTING TO AROUND 25 MPH WILL CAUSE SOME DRIFTING OF THE SNOW.
