...PATCHY DENSE VALLEY FOG WILL AFFECT THE MORNING COMMUTE...

LOCALLY DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO UNDER A QUARTER OF A
MILE AT TIMES IN VALLEY LOCATIONS EARLY THIS MORNING...LIKELY
AFFECTING THE MORNING COMMUTE IN MANY LOCATIONS. THE FOG IS NOT
EXPECTED TO BE WIDESPREAD...BUT DRASTIC CHANGES IN VISIBILITY WILL BE
POSSIBLE OVER SHORT DISTANCES...MAKING TRAVEL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS.
PLEASE BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS IF TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING. SLOW DOWN
AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO DIMINISH AFTER
SUNRISE.
