...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHWEST ELKO COUNTY...NORTHERN
LANDER COUNTY AND NORTHERN EUREKA COUNTY...NORTHERN ELKO COUNTY...

AT 423 PM PDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER DUNPHY. THE STORM WAS
NEARLY STATIONARY.

PEA SIZE HAIL IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM ALONG WITH HEAVY RAIN
WHICH COULD CAUSE PONDING ON ROADWAYS WHICH COULD LEAD TO
HYDROPLANING. PREVIOUS STORMS HAVE HAD A HISTORY OF PRODUCING HEAVY
RAINS ON THE ROADWAYS LEADING TO ACCIDENTS...DRIVE SAFELY.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... DUNPHY...EMIGRANT PASS AND NORTH AREA
MINE. INCLUDES PORTIONS OF INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN BATTLE MOUNTAIN AND
CARLIN.
