Patchy fog, some of it dense, will persist through the remainder
of the pre-dawn hours and possibly through 7 am. Visibilities may
be as low as a quarter of a mile in these patches of dense fog.
The patches of dense fog were located mainly along portions of
the South Fork of Long Island.

Use caution if traveling into the start of the morning commute.
Use low- beam headlights and leave plenty of distance between you
and the vehicle in front of you.
