EXPANDING AREA OF PRECIPITATION...WITH A FEW EMBEDDED
THUNDERSTORMS...TO THE WEST OF A LINE FROM ANSON...TO MERTZON. THIS
AREA OF PRECIPITATION WILL REACH A SAN ANGELO...TO ABILENE LINE BY
7:30 PM. A MIX OF FREEZING RAIN...SLEET...AND SNOW CAN BE
EXPECTED. LOCALLY HEAVER BURSTS OF THIS WINTRY PRECIPITATION ARE
POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY IF THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP. AS
TEMPERATURES CONTINUE TO DROP...ICY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP ON AREA
ROADS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
