VERY MILD TEMPERATURES WILL SURGE EASTWARD INTO THE REGION TODAY
AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING STORM SYSTEM. HIGHS WILL BE WELL ABOVE
NORMAL WITH DRY CONDITIONS. OVERNIGHT AND THROUGH SUNDAY...STRONG
LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE FROM SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA INTO MINNESOTA.
VERY STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP ON THE BACK SIDE OF THIS
SYSTEM...WITH SNOW AND POSSIBLE BLIZZARD CONDITIONS OVER NORTHEAST
SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA.

HIGHS TODAY WILL RISE INTO THE 40S AND LOW 50S. LOWS TONIGHT WILL
DROP INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOW 30S.
