315 AM CDT THU AUG 17 2017 /215 AM MDT THU AUG 17 2017/

YESTERDAYS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM CONTINUES TO MOVE EAST OF THE
REGION...WITH RAIN EXITING. EXPECT MOSTLY DRY CONDITIONS ACROSS THE
AREA THIS MORNING AND THROUGH MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON AS A SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE RIDGE SITS OVER THE AREA. BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING...AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE
DAKOTAS AND BRING A FEW SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. CHANCES
FOR PRECIPITATION WILL LINGER OVER EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE LISTENING
AREA ON FRIDAY. RATHER WARM TEMPERATURES WILL RETURN TO THE AREA ON
SATURDAY WITH DRY CONDITIONS EXPECTED.

HIGHS TODAY WILL RISE INTO THE 70S AND 80S. LOWS TONIGHT WILL DROP
INTO THE 50S. HIGHS ON FRIDAY WILL RISE INTO THE 70S AND 80S. 80S AND
90S CAN BE EXPECTED ON SATURDAY.
