SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL CONTINUE IN THE UPPER LEVELS THROUGH THIS
EVENING. AT THE SURFACE...LOW PRESSURE CONTINUES TO SIT ALONG THE
COLORADO KANSAS BORDER BRINGING STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WITH
GUSTS UP TO 35 MILES PER HOUR. STRONG WINDS COUPLED WITH VERY LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE TEENS, CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED BEHIND THE DRY LINE THAT WILL STALL OVER THE
EASTERN COUNTIES LASTING UNTIL SUNSET WHEN IT RECEDES BACK TO THE
WEST AND HIGHER HUMIDITY VALUES RETURN. OUTDOOR BURNING IS HIGHLY
DISCOURAGED AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
