* HAZARDS: FREEZING RAIN AND FREEZING DRIZZLE...PRECIPITATION
  MAY BEGIN AS A MIX WITH SLEET.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS: A TRACE TO A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH OF
  ICE.

* TEMPERATURES: 30 TO 32 DEGREES.

* TIMING: LIGHT SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN THIS
  MORNING...SLOWLY TRANSITIONING TO ALL RAIN BY NOON.

* IMPACTS: A LIGHT ICE ACCUMULATION ON ROADWAYS COULD RESULT IN
