OF CLINTON, ESSEX, FRANKLIN AND ST. LAWRENCE COUNTIES.

PRECIPITATION HAS TAPERED OFF SIGNIFICANTLY THROUGH THE DAY AND
WHILE ADDITIONAL PERIODS OF SNOW AND OR SLEET ARE EXPECTED THROUGH
THIS EVENING, THE IMPACTS WILL BE VERY MINIMAL.
