* TIMING...SNOW CONTINUES THIS MORNING AND BECOMES LIGHT BY LATE
  MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ACROSS
  NORTHERN SHERIDAN COUNTY AND THE PINE RIDGE.

* WIND...NORTH 20 TO 30 MPH GUSTING TO 45 MPH PRODUCING HEAVY
  BLOWING SNOW AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS AND HEAVY BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE
  VISIBILITY TO 1/4 MILE AT TIMES WHICH WILL MAKE TRAVEL
  DANGEROUS. ROADS SURFACES WILL FALL BELOW THE FREEZING MARK AND
  BECOME ICE AND SNOW COVERED.
