...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 8 AM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...The coldest air of the season thus far will continue to
  spill into east central Florida overnight. Very cold wind chills
  dropping to between 30 and 35 degrees by sunrise are expected.

* WHERE...All east central Florida with the exception of Saint
  Lucie and Martin Counties.

* WHEN...3 AM to 8 AM Sunday.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Make sure you dress
appropriately for the cold weather, including a coat, a hat and
gloves.
