THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHOENIX HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM
WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES POSSIBLE ABOVE 2000 FEET.

* SNOW LEVELS...SNOW LEVELS NEAR 1500 FEET...BUT WITH ACCUMULATION AT
  OR ABOVE 2000 FEET.

* TIMING...RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS BEGINNING EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...CHANGING
  TO ALL SNOW WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND TAPERING OFF BY THURSDAY
  MORNING.

* AFFECTED AREA...JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK.

* MAIN IMPACT...SLICK ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY AT TIMES.
