* HAZARD TYPES...PRECIPITATION WILL START OUT AS LIGHT SNOW
  SUNDAY NIGHT BEFORE TRENDING TO SLEET THEN FREEZING RAIN EARLY
  MONDAY MORNING... AND TO JUST RAIN MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF UP TO 2 INCH...ALONG WITH A
  TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS OF ICE.

* TIMING...WINTRY PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO START TONIGHT...
