URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...WINTER WEATHER RETURNS TO THE SOME OF THE MOUNTAIN RANGES OF
SOUTHEAST ARIZONA...

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED ABOVE 7500 FEET...

Snow amounts above 7500 feet are now not expected to be as high
as earlier forecast. Thus the winter weather advisory has been
cancelled. Still looking for snow showers this afternoon into
early this evening, with snow amounts generally in the 2 to 4
inch range. Combined with gusty winds, some reduction in
visibility is possible later this afternoon into this evening due
to blowing snow.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM MST THIS
EVENING ABOVE 7500 FEET...

* WHAT...Occasional snow showers will continue into the afternoon
  with an increase in intensity late this afternoon into early
  this evening. Plan for the possibility of slippery road
  conditions. Total snow accumulations by late this evening will
  generally be in the 4 to 8 inch range.

* WHERE...Galiuro and Pinaleno Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds of 25 to 35 mph with locally
  higher gusts may produce low visibilities due to blowing snow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow are likely
which will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery
roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while driving.

  afternoon into this evening. Total snow accumulations will
  generally be in the 6 to 12 inch range. Look for reduced
  visibilities at times.

* WHERE...White Mountains of Graham and Greenlee Counties.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds of 25 to 35 mph with locally
  higher gusts may produce low visibilities due to blowing snow.
