URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.A strong winter storm will continue to affect the region. Periods
of snow can be expected across portions of northeast Wyoming into
central South Dakota. The heaviest snow is expected in the
southern Black Hills and along the Nebraska border. As winds
increase Sunday, some blowing snow is expected across south
central South Dakota.

* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel
  conditions. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches,
  with localized amounts up to 10 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...The Southern Foot Hills, the Southern Black Hills and
  the Fall River County Plains.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM MST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
  visibility at times.
