  INDICATED THAT HEAVY RAINFALL WAS STARTING TO MOVE OUT OF
  THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT RAINFALL RATES
  WERE DECREASING AS WELL.

* RUNOFF FROM EARLIER RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO OCCUR...
  ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER CROSSINGS. SOME
  LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE...GAFFNEY...
  SPARTANBURG...BLACKSBURG...BOILING SPRINGS SC...CEDAR SPRINGS...
  CHESNEE...COWPENS...DUNCAN...FIVE FORKS...FOUNTAIN INN...
  INMAN...LYMAN...MAULDIN...MAYO...PACOLET...REIDVILLE...
  ROEBUCK...SIMPSONVILLE...THICKETTY...AND WOODRUFF.

AT 510 AM EDT...GILDER CREEK IN GREENVILLE COUNTY HAD REACHED 7.81
FEET. ACTION STAGE FOR GILDER CREEK IS 6.6 FEET AND FLOOD STAGE IS
10 FEET. AT 510 AM EDT...THE ENOREE RIVER AT PELHAM HAD REACHED
10.08 FEET. FLOOD STAGE AT PELHAM IS 11 FEET. WATER LEVELS WILL
REMAIN HIGH FROM RUNOFF EARLY THIS MORNING...EVEN AFTER THE HEAVY
RAIN SUBSIDES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
