This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, the
mountains and foothills of western North Carolina, and the western upstate
of South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Isolated to scattered showers with a few embedded thunderstorms will
move in from the west tonight. These storms are not expected to be
strong, but could yield gusty winds and frequent lightning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

..Monday...Severe weather possible. A cold front will cross the area
on Monday possibly producing organized strong to severe
thunderstorms.
The greatest threats will be large hail and damaging winds, mainly
over the foothills and Piedmont of the Carolinas and northeast
Georgia in the afternoon and evening.
..Tuesday...No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
..Wednesday...No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
..Thursday...No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
..Friday...No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
..Saturday...No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
