This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, piedmont
North Carolina, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to
develop this afternoon and evening. The primary threats with any of
the stronger storms will be gusty winds, cloud to ground lightning,
and heavy rainfall. Isolated flash flooding is possible, especially
for locales that have experienced recent heavy rains.
