SOUTH CAROLINA BORDER.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

IN THE VICINITY OF A STALLED FRONTAL BOUNDARY...AND WITH ABUNDANT
MOISTURE...CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
THUNDERSTORMS. ANY SUCH STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING...AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL. ISOLATED FLOODING IS
POSSIBLE...PARTICULARLY IN AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE...OR WHERE
SOILS ARE STILL SATURATED FROM OTHER RECENT HEAVY RAINS.
ALSO...A FEW OF THE STORMS TODAY WILL BECOME SEVERE...PRODUCING
DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...AND HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF A
QUARTER.
