possible at high elevations near the Tennessee border. At elevations
above 3500 feet, wind gusts of 40 to 45 mph are possible Tuesday
afternoon and evening. Wind chill values may drop below zero after
sunset.
..Wednesday...Dangerous wind chill possible. Strong wind gusts of 30
to 40 mph may drop the wind chill below zero Wednesday morning.
