THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...WITH THE HIGHEST COVERAGE EXPECTED IN
THE MOUNTAINS. THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE FREQUENT CLOUD-TO-GROUND
LIGHTNING...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...AND GUSTY WINDS. A FEW STORMS
MAY BE STRONG ENOUGH TO PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND GUSTS.
