UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN ACROSS THE PIEDMONT OF THE
CAROLINAS...PUSHING EAST AFTER MIDNIGHT. THESE STORMS HAVE
DEVELOPED ALONG AND AHEAD OF A PASSING COLD FRONT. THE HEAVIEST
RAINFALL RATES WILL LIKELY BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE STORM ALONG THE
FRONT. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXCESSIVE RAINFALL RATES WILL RESULT
FROM THESE STORMS...ALONG WITH CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTING. AREAS
WITHIN THE GOOSE CREEK BASIN NEAR THE MECKLENBURG AND UNION COUNTY
LINE COULD SEE RAPIDLY RISE WATER WITH ANY THUNDERSTORMS.
