This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Piedmont of northeast
Georgia, North Carolina, and upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A cold front will continue to slowly cross the Piedmont of the
Carolinas and northeast Georgia early this morning. Scattered
thunderstorms will continue to develop near this boundary. Very
heavy rainfall will be possible and isolated flash flooding may
develop in areas repeatedly affected by thunderstorms. A few cloud-
to-ground lightning strikes are also possible.
