* IMPACTS...ADVERSE DRIVING CONDITIONS. MOTORISTS TRAVELING ALONG
  INTERSTATE 40 THROUGH WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA...ALONG I-85
  THROUGH NORTHEAST GEORGIA AND SOUTH CAROLINA...AND OTHER ROADS
  AND HIGHWAYS ACROSS THE REGION...SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR VERY
