  EVENING OR VERY EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. THEY SHOULD TAPER OFF
  AROUND DAYBREAK TUESDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTH 25 TO 40 MPH WITH A FEW GUSTS AS HIGH AS 50 MPH.
