EST WEDNESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS ACROSS MUCH OF THE NORTH
  CAROLINA MOUNTAINS.

* HAZARDS...STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS.

* TIMING...THROUGH MID-MORNING WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTH 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH.

* IMPACTS...LOOSE OUTDOOR OBJECTS SUCH AS LAWN FURNITURE AND TRASH
  CANS WILL BE BLOWN AROUND. WET GROUND FROM DEVELOPING HEAVY
  RAINFALL MAY CAUSE SOME TREES TO FALL...ALONG WITH LIMBS. IF
  THEY FALL ON POWER LINES...ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES COULD OCCUR.
