LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED INCLUDE...
HICKORY...LENOIR...MORGANTON...TAYLORSVILLE...STATESVILLE...ST.
STEPHENS... CONOVER...LONGVIEW...SAWMILLS AND GRANITE FALLS.

VERY HEAVY RAINFALL RATES UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE IN
THESE AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
