...PATCHY DENSE FOG IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA RIVER VALLEYS THIS
MORNING...

Some valley locations of western North Carolina, particularly
along the French Broad and upper Catawba rivers, will remain
shrouded in dense fog through noon today. The fog will lift and
visibility will generally improve with time. If you are driving
near the rivers this morning, slow down. Use low-beam headlights
and leave extra space between vehicles.
