WESTERN UPSTATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA THROUGH NOON...

AT 945 AM EST...REGIONAL RADARS INDICATED A BAND OF MIXED LIGHT
SNOW...SLEET...AND FREEZING RAIN MOVING EAST ACROSS THE
GAINESVILLE TO ATHENS AREA. THIS BAND WILL LIKELY WEAKEN AS IT
MOVES EAST...BUT A WINTRY MIX MAY FALL FROM CLAYTON TO TOCCOA TO
HARTWELL THROUGH 11 AM...AND POSSIBLY INTO THE WESTERN UPSTATE OF
SOUTH CAROLINA THROUGH NOON. ANY SLEET ACCUMULATIONS WILL IMPACT
MAINLY LOCATIONS FROM TOCCOA NORTHWARD INTO THE GEORGIA MOUNTAINS.
SLIPPERY SPOTS ON AREA ROADWAYS MAY RESULT GIVEN THE COLD GROUND.
