...PATCHY DENSE FOG TO PERSIST EARLY THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog will persist early this morning along and east
of Interstate 85 from Anderson in South Carolina, to Charlotte in
North Carolina. Conditions are expected to improve later this
morning. Motorists should be prepared for reduced visibility,
reducing speed and using low beam headlights when necessary.
